As I was starting my Manufacaturing business, Eric was starting his venture into coaching. Even then his advice and wisdom were critical. He called to chat how things were going with finding a building, equipent …etc. I was dealing with a limited budget and competing needs from customers, and how their differing needs were dictating the equipment required. Eric helped at that moment to narrow the focus onto what I actually wanted to do, and would make the business work. In that critical moment he helped me to make the correct on the diretion of the business, which made narrowing the equipment selection a simple choice. Along the way Eric has helped me to keep focused, and keep progress going from marketing to manufacturing, everything between. Often he puts into words what I know needs to be done for the business, but don’t want to do for one reason or another (Like fire customers who don’t fit our capabilities, or are causing a loss of revenue).
